Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
  • Products showing signs of wear, misuse, improper installation, overheating, dry cutting damage, or abuse are not eligible for refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable unless defective upon arrival:

  • Used diamond blades, core bits, polishing pads, or grinding tools
  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened chemicals, adhesives, or sealants

Defective or Damaged Products

If an item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Photos or videos may be requested for inspection.
  • After review, we may offer:
    • A replacement
    • Store credit
    • Partial or full refund depending on the issue

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 10–20% restocking fee depending on the product condition and manufacturer policies.

No restocking fee applies if:

  • The wrong item was shipped by us
  • The item arrived defective

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless caused by our error

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

If the order has already shipped:

  • Standard return policies apply
  • Shipping charges may not be refundable
